By accessing or using Prysmor products and services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.

Upon purchasing a lifetime license, Prysmor grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Prysmor plugin (including panels for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects), subject to the following conditions:

• Your license is a one-time purchase and does not expire while your account remains in good standing.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, or transfer your account credentials or license access to any third party.
• Access is limited to your personal or business use only.
• Prysmor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Prysmor is offered as a one-time purchase (lifetime license). Optional credit packs and add-ons may be sold separately. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• The lifetime license is billed once at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription.
• Optional credit packs and other add-ons are one-time charges and are non-refundable once delivered, except as stated in the Refund Policy below.
• Prices and included allowances (such as AI VFX seconds) are shown at checkout and may change for future purchasers.

Because Prysmor is a one-time digital purchase, sales are generally final. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee only when the plugin cannot be made to work, as follows:

• Within 7 days of purchase, a refund may be granted if the Prysmor plugin cannot be made to work at all (for example, it fails to install or run on a supported Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects version on a supported operating system) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after you contact us.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind, unused credits, dissatisfaction with creative results, taste, output quality for a particular shot, or because you no longer need the product.
• To request a refund under this policy, contact us at support@prysmor.io with your order details and a clear description of the technical issue, including your Adobe app version, operating system, and steps already tried.
• All refund decisions are made at Prysmor's sole discretion based on the criteria above.

You agree to use Prysmor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the product.
• Use the product in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service.

Prysmor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Prysmor makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Prysmor is not liable for any data loss, project delays, revenue loss, or other damages direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the product.

Prysmor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of VFXPilot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
